Arsbias L.L.C-FZ ("Arsbias," "we," "us," or "our") operates arsbias.com and the Meta app n8n_mediapanda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use those services.

This policy applies only to arsbias.com and n8n_mediapanda. It does not govern third-party platforms, including Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, which maintain their own terms and privacy practices.

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and support the Meta and Instagram functionality used by the app.

We do not currently provide a public user account system, public user registration, or direct online payments.

• Contact information you provide through email or website forms, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content.
• Instagram and Meta business integration data such as business profile or account information, posts, media, captions, comments, page or profile IDs, permissions or scopes, access tokens, and webhook payloads.
• Limited technical information such as essential cookies and server or application logs needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

n8n_mediapanda is used in connection with Instagram business content workflows and related Meta platform integrations. Depending on the permissions granted, the app may process business account data, publishing-related content, comments, IDs, access tokens, and webhook events required for operation.

Instagram direct message content is not an actively used feature at this stage, and we do not intentionally store direct messages as a long-term product feature.

Access tokens may be stored temporarily as needed to maintain service operation and authorized integration with Meta platform services.

We use collected information to operate the website and app, maintain Meta and Instagram integrations, respond to communications, and protect the security and integrity of our services.

• To receive and respond to contact requests or business inquiries.
• To support publishing, business content handling, comment-related workflows, token handling, and webhook processing.
• To monitor performance, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We may use essential technical cookies or similar technologies required for basic website functionality and service operation.

We do not currently rely on advanced analytics or advertising trackers in this policy. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and app, but only for legitimate operational purposes.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

• Vercel for hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• Supabase for backend and database services.
• Email service providers for communications.
• Meta platform services where necessary to support the authorized integration.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, security, and communication.

• Access tokens are retained only as needed for service operation.
• Comments and comparable content are not stored as a long-term archive by us.
• Webhook payloads are handled for temporary technical processing only.
• Limited technical logs may exist for security, monitoring, and troubleshooting, and may be deleted or rotated in the ordinary course of operations.
• Contact form submissions or emails may be retained temporarily as needed to respond and manage business communications.

Arsbias L.L.C-FZ is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Because we use infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Supabase, email providers, and Meta platform services, information may be processed in locations where those providers maintain operations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control by contacting us at arslanaykutcan@gmail.com. We may need additional information to verify a request before acting on it.

If you connected the app through Meta or Instagram, you may also manage or revoke app permissions from your Meta or Instagram settings, subject to Meta's platform controls.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
